Vitamin D error weakens immunity

Taking vitamin D2 may reduce the body levels of the most efficient form of vitamin D, vitamin D3, according to a new research from Sari University, John Ennis Center and Kadram Institute. Many people take vitamin D supplements to support bone and immunity health and meet the UK government’s recommendation for 10 micrograms (micrograms) every day, especially during the winter months.

More research in the various functions of vitamin D2 and D3 should be a priority in determining whether vitamin D3 should be the first choice for vitamin D supplement, according to individual requirements.
