This simple night routine has changed the way I perform at work
I used to think I have a stimulation problem.
Every morning, I will draw myself from the bed. I feel distress and nervous emotion, and I really rear.
I felt my list of tasks as a wall and meetings early in the morning, which was mentally draining, making small tasks take twice.
Regardless of the amount of psychological payment or the amount of caffeine I threw in the problem, my performance in the work remained stuck in a low gear.
I began to fail to the deadlines and realize that something should change if you wanted this promotion.
I stopped trying to “power” and started attention to something I was ignoring: Nights.
I did not think that the night routine would be important.
I have already tried usual: melatonin, magnesium, white noise, blue light blockers.
Nothing made a real difference. Sleep still feels inconsistent: very short or very light.
Then I encountered a five -numbers working framework that seemed to be a mixture of cabinet more than sleep advice: 10-3-2-1-0.
