The shock made me do so
I previously thought about the reason for your daily behavior as “as it is.” Many people carry hidden shocks – things that make up their behavior, emotions and relationships – without realizing them. These “hidden” shocks often come from experiences that are not clearly painful at the time, or are reduced, normalized or buried.
Below is a list of common hidden shocks and its potential causes:
—
1. Abandoning the shock
This is also called separation anxiety disorder (in children), attachment disorders (ESP. Attachment anxiety, and unsafe attachment).
The reason: one of the parents (divorce, death, and emotional absence) leaves, and caregivers are not available or inconsistent, and unwanted feeling as a child.
Signs of people: fear of rejection, clinging, difficulty confidence, and panic when people withdraw.
—
2. Neglecting the shock
This is also called emotional negligence of childhood (Cen) (not in DSM but it was widely studied), interactive association disorder (RAD) in severe cases.
The reason: emotional or physical needs are not met, ignored, or raised in a family that has not been validated by feelings.
Signs: believing that you do not concern, decrease in self -value, difficulty expressing needs, and a tendency to excessive delivery of others.
—
3. Mother shock
This is also called the reflection of the role in family systems (sometimes classified under harmful childhood experiences), related to parents in developmental psychology.
The reason: forced to “grow very quickly” – care of siblings or parents emotionally/physically instead of taking care of them.
Signs: excessive responsibility, difficulty relaxation, guilt to determine self -priorities, and a feeling of insecurity to rely on others.
—
4. Emotional nullity
This is also called chronic emotional repression, which was studied in the context of not organizing emotion and the development of border personality disorder (BPD).
The reason: Parents/sponsorships reject emotions or irony (“stop crying”, “You are very sensitive”, “It is not a big problem”).
Signs: suppress emotions, fear that they will be “too much”, shame about feelings, and emotional anesthesia.
—
5. Bullet
This is also called peer harm, and can lead to social anxiety disorder (SAD), a PTSD, or adaptation disorders.
The reason: mockery, exclusion, or reducing groups or social groups.
Signs: social anxiety, fear of speaking, self -awareness, avoid groups, and deep fear of humiliation.
—
6. He witnessed conflict or violence
This is also called high secondary stress (STS), indirect trauma, and complex post -traumatic disorder (if chronic).
The reason: He grew up in a family with repeated battles, screaming, and domestic violence – even if it is not directly harmful.
Signs: excessive formulation, amazing response, satisfy people to avoid conflict, and anxiety in high or modest environments.
—
7. Shock of financial insecurity
This is also called social and economic stress disorder (not the official DSM term but a research in trauma psychology), associated with chronic stress disorders.
The reason: arose in poverty, unpredictable access to food/shelter, or constantly anxiety about money.
Signs: storage, fear of spending, excessive work, never feel the mindset of a survival position.
—
8. Medical shock or hospital
Medical shock, it can fall under PTSD caused by medical or disease procedures.
The reason: frequent hospital visits, surgeries, or childhood disease, where they felt impotence or pain.
Signs: anxiety about doctors, health concerns, separation during medical examinations, and lack of confidence in the body.
—
9. Religious or cultural shock
Religious trauma syndrome (RTS) (not yet in DSM but has been widely studied), interferes with cultural shock.
The reason: Raave in strict or fearful environments where love was conditional on obedience.
Signs: perfection, shame, guilt about pleasure, fear of punishment, and conflict with self -identity.
—
10.
It can be linked to the shock of the attachments, the abuse of emotional use of childhood, and can lead to the shock of C-PTSD or narcissism.
Reason: caregivers who were cruel mistakes, and conditional love based on success.
Signs: perfection, work work, fear of failure, exhaustion, self -value associated with achievement.
—
👉 Often these hidden shocks remain without anyone noticing them because people normalize their experiences (“This is what it was”) and only take them as “daily behavior” or compare themselves to others (““ It was not bad like … ”) and they reject their pain.
Stay tuned for you never know when your shock may return
