A new study found that excessive quantities of visceral fats – hidden fats surrounding organs – are linked to the aging of the heart faster.

Aging is the largest risk factor for heart disease, but why do not some people understand faster than others. Scientists who lead the research say that the fat in the body can play an important role in accelerating the aging of the heart and blood vessels.
