Yes, there are many people who wander, and work harder, but this does not mean that we must compare our trips with them. We all have different paths, different goals to achieve, and different ways to achieve this. If you pay yourself a good thing, but sometimes you have to rest, it is mandatory for your body and mind and to get yourself.
Sharing my experience with you all, since the past few months, I follow the discipline that I created myself as it helps me. I wake up early, and do yoga, read, write, study, dance, learn to play a musical instrument, learn crochet and help my mother in homework. A complete production day but last week, my physical and mental drain is completely drained.
I do exactly the same thing that we all do, and compare my journey with the amazing people I see online at all. I do not listen to my body or mind. My body is in pain, I take my sleep properly and then feel sleepy all the time. A kind of spark, the glow that I used to be there no longer there and the only reason behind this is that I did not listen to what my body refers to.
We all have to work hard. We can not only lie on our sofa and our jils every day. If we want to be successful, in order to be in good health, we have to do the effort. But sometimes to spend a holiday is important to recover. Don’t say you take full comfort or be a harbinger but you can slow down. If you are definitely four to 5 things in one day, cut them to 1-2 depending on your body’s ability. Take some time for yourself, take care of your body and mind.
Keep a day in your schedule for yourself, no work, nothing that does not make you happy and comfortable. You can cook, you can clean it and read a few pages, or perhaps write down what you feel. Go for your friends, go abroad and see around the world. There are many ways and as a woman I can tell you that we have this desire inside to do everything. We must be good at our workplace and in our house also without resting on our journey with men there. But both sexes physically, physiological and mental are different, right? Women’s bodies need more comfort compared to men because women drain their energy to think, and they have the full emotional rolling ship that takes place in their minds. Part of our body collapses every month. See, the conclusion is that you are the daughter of the house, no need to be the son of the house. You can take care of your family by being the daughter of the house. Set your limits, you don’t have to match any criteria. Oh! See that it raises 20 kg, I will completely raise the same weight that does not work if you will always compare yourself to others or will do things that others trust that you are doomed.
One tip I would like to give to you, comrades, she learns how to determine the priority of your body and mind.
