Is artificial intelligence “the emperor without clothes”? | Written by Ana Valta September, 2025

Artificial intelligence is the most period of time. It is everywhere, which is inevitable. It has been required to make your life easier and better by providing a custom value in every aspect of your life, such as my industry, health and wellness.

So I experienced a small experience with artificial intelligence. Provide my health insurance with a program that links human physiotherapy experts with an artificial intelligence career. After filling an online questionnaire about what I wanted to work on, it was scheduled to be identified with a human clinical assistant to bypass the program. During the online call, I told the assistant that in the questionnaire, I wanted to work on hip pain, but I decided that my back pain was more imminent (I have a lot of broken parts, I think). For some reason, I could not change the original selection online. The assistant told me that she will re -change the heart to the Labor Party and adjust my answer to the system so that my program is modified accordingly. When the tablet has reached my mailbox, you are excited to find out how the program can help me control chronic back pain.

The first number was the tablet and poor clarity outside. I wanted to do exercises in my backyard, where I have an area dedicated to do exercises, but even after adjusting the brightness, I could hardly see what was on the screen, although both the table and I was in the shade. When I started doing the exercise, I quickly realized another case: the discovery of the movement was insufficient. The artificial intelligence specialist was constantly telling me to retreat or forward so that he could see my entire body, although I was clearly visible on the screen. Often, he told me to lie on the floor at the beginning of the exercise so that he could capture my personality, just to make me stand in the first exercise, which was walking in his place or something similar. I couldn’t understand the goal of making someone suffer from back pain, lying down and then standing again without a clear reason.

Artificial intelligence also tells me “to keep your arm or knee straight”, although it was straight as the arrow. When I finally understood that I want to do regular panels, not the knee version, it is completely. He told me that “hold”, and the countdown began, only to bark in my face after a few seconds to “keep”, stopping the countdown, etc. After about 30 seconds of this back, she left the exercise and moved forward. I am sure that the signs are not perfect, but I am sure I am not swinging and moving as I was on the rotating ship too!

It’s hip, no, it’s back, stupid!

After the session, I was supposed to hold it. If I mention any problems, I will ask me to clarify, which is good. I kept saying that the exercises were very easy, and were not designed for me (the exercises were for hip pain, so it is clear that the Labor Party and AI did not get the memo). For several sessions, I informed some exercises to cause pain, yet it appeared in the program for a very long time. When I told artificial intelligence that I was ready for a more challenging session, all I did was add a few repetitions to exercises or exercises, making the session enormous for one minute! But what was more worrying, the program included a lot of rotation, fluctuations, rear extensions, and the exercises that you told me before I avoid. I started wondering whether the human PT expert was either experienced or not present, and Amnesty International was responsible for the entire plot.

I made my human processor on the application on these issues, and the time of response was several days (I was supposed to do four sessions per week), which is unacceptable to me. At some point, when logging into the application to see if there are any messages, I noticed that the processor had changed. I think no one forgot to tell me about it … I felt as if I was a fool, and now, really frustrated and annoying. I gave the program four weeks for the same work, but I felt as if I was blind around the mass by a stupid computer system that had only a little idea about what I needed or I want to feel better.

My husband tried to console me, saying: “You are just a very claim,” and “maybe you are very fit for a program like this.” I agree with him on the latter. If you are barely practicing, if any, and I have no little experience in any natural remedy, this may work for a safe starting point. But despite this, multiple problems with the tablet, exercises, communication, and the way artificial intelligence dealt with things (or rather did not) were not acceptable for me, delay or inappropriate.

Since this experience was sick, it was very fruitful for a person working individually as a personal coach with people; He gave me confidence that I have no reason to fear my job that has been transcended by artificial intelligence any time soon. At least now, the technology driven by artificial intelligence will not replace the real man who can see what you do original and how you feel, and make meaningful changes and modifications during flying. With the increase in the price of adult health care providers and weak performance, I can understand the temptation of artificial intelligence in solving some bottlenecks and problems. But if this is what artificial intelligence can reach, then I do not carry my breath. Human health and luxury are very important and very complex to give affairs to the computer system. I think the question we should ask is whether we are ready for Amnesty International, but it is Amnesty International ready for us.
