You can stay away from almost anything in the early twenties – late nights, fast food, or skip the exercises. You can still bounce again the next day.

However, things are different in the thirties of life. Your body is no longer tolerant anymore. Small habits that have been ignored once can start quietly to cut into your health.

I did not notice this really about 31 years old. I withdrew everything to finish a project, something I did in dozens of times in my twenties. But instead of working with coffee and moving forward, I felt crashed for several days.

We all know that sleep is necessary, but in the thirties, it becomes unacceptable. The lack of sleep does not make you just Groggy. It affects your hormones, slows the metabolism, and even tampering with your memory.
