You’ve purchased a new wearable device. Now what?

For the past two and a half years, I’ve written about health for the world’s number one health tracker. It quietly tracks everything from sleep to heart rate variability (HRV). In that time, I’ve had hundreds of conversations with curious but skeptical people:

“Do I really need to track my data?”
“What am I supposed to do with all these numbers?”
“Doesn’t that make me obsessed?”

All fair questions.

Because the answer honestly is Yes -All this data is completely meaningless if you don’t know what to do with it. It might make you a little obsessed if you don’t know how to use it. I know because I was there.
