How does the death experience near how people work change?

If you died and then returns to life, how will the experience change, how do you spend your time at work?

I and I was an assistant researcher interested in this question, so we made study To find out.

Experiences near deathOr NDES, are extensive, internal experiences that some people report during a close brush with death as a result of an accident such as a car accident, or a medical emergency such as a heart attack. The common features of the floating Ndes include your body, and find yourself in a dark tunnel, and accelerate a wonderful light that wrapped you in peace, love, and meeting Spiritualism Objects, choose or forced to return to your body.

We met 14 working adults who have gone through NDE and asked them how they affected their working lives.

All those who have had changed changes with NDE greatly reported. These changes occurred greatly due to new visions they acquired during the experience, such as learning that consciousness continues after death, that everyone has a unique purpose in life, and that we are all part of collective unity.

These personal ideas and transformations changed the way they dealt with their career with three main ways.

First, they are no longer interested in external measures for success. While before NDES, they focused on climbing companies ladder, a lot of money, and chasing external signs in general on the success of the materials, which changed everything after NDE. Their interest in achieving external measures decreased. As one of the participants said, “Before NDE, it was about boats, large homes, Range Rovers, trips and shopping. This is no longer really important.”

Second, they just wanted to spend time in meaningful endeavors. Many mentioned that after NDE, they lost incentivize To invest themselves in what they considered a meaningless work. As one of the participants said, “I wouldn’t waste my time on nonsense … I felt the time was precious.” It has become very important for people to work in ways in line with what they consider their purpose in life, so they often changed their functions or changed how they deal with their work. Once these changes are made, their motives returned and even increased, because they felt they were on a mission.

Third, focus on developing strong relationships. A common vision of NDE includes identifying the importance of love, sympathy and unity of humanity. As a result, after NDES, participants’ relationships have often changed. They have become more loving towards others and themselves, more interest in colleagues and clients, and even see financial transactions as supportive relationships. As one of the participants said, “The money that is transferred between me and the customers is now more valuable. It is not the concept, I have provided you with a service, you pay me money for that. Now, I have been blessed with your existence. Thank you for my choice … it’s more valuable. It is more related.”

In short, people clearly changed how they approached their career after NDE, and these changes gave them a growing sense of goal, loyalty and joy. The interesting and unexpected result of this study is that the ways in which people have restored themselves towards their career after parallel with Nde with the priorities that seem to enhance luxury. For example, research He explains that well -being is promoted by following the fundamental goals such as the presence of satisfactory relationships, rather than external goals such as financial success.

Therefore, our study indicates that NDES directs people towards factors that enhance luxury and good life. It seems that almost people who died can show the rest of us how to live.
