Believe me – I was afraid.

Yes, I read it correctly. I was afraid.

Fear of cold shower in the morning morning.

I am afraid when I woke up before my warning.

He is afraid to meet and communicate with new people.

I am afraid of trying the exercises that challenge me.

Fear was hindering me in every field of my life. Whenever I thought about learning a new skill or doing something beyond my comfort zone, the first thing that my mind could do was a warning:

“Oh, don’t do it. You cross your limits. It is not supposed to do it.”

Let me give you some examples.

Example 1: cold shower

In the morning morning, when it was time to pour cold water over my head, my mind immediately reminded me of the time when I got sick after cold shower. At the depths of the interior, I knew it was perhaps because of the climate change, not the bathroom itself – but fear won every time.

Example 2: Waking up early

If I wake up an hour before an alert, my mind will tell me,

“One hour has grown less. You will feel tired throughout the day.”

And what? I felt tired – because I thought that.

Example 3: Training the gym

Whenever you try to increase my actresses or raise heavier, this inner voice appears again:

“Don’t do it. You’ll be painful tomorrow. You still have a job to do it.”

The same happened whenever you try a new exercise.

Example 4: Study again

When I decided to hold a difficult course after years of study, my mind said:

“You can’t do it. It’s very difficult. You will fail. You don’t have time.”

But on a Sunday, I only decided to go to the library and read. Four hours passed, and I realized – I can do this. I still do it every Sunday.

Then, one day, I understood something.

This fear is not unique to me. It is a human nature.

For thousands of years, fear survived. We were at risk, and we always expect threats. Our brains have evolved to keep us in safe areas. But in today’s world, “safety” is exactly what prevents us from growing.

It started small.

• Take cold shower in the winter.

• HIit exercises were added on Monday.

• Decide every Sunday.

• He attended the events of the networks despite the feeling of insecurity about my English.

The more you encounter fear to face, the more you realize: the reality is not the reality that was frightening-just my thoughts on this topic.

When I joined the beach volleyball group for the first time, I thought they would laugh at me. But no one cares about how I played. People welcomed me, made friends. Now I go to communication events without hesitation.

Will Smith once said:

“God kept all the wonderful things on the other side of fear.”

I think so now.

If you stand in front of fear, do not think. Jumping.

On the other hand, you will find growth, opportunities and abundance.

I know – because I am alive.
