(Ek Acchi Health Ke Liye –

Good health means balance of body, mind and spirit.

To be in good health in running life today as a challenge itself, but by adopting some simple habits, we can make our lives healthy, lively and happy.

1. Take a balanced diet

Fruits include (fruits), vegetables, legumes, grains and dry fruits in your food.

Avoid eating very sweet and sweet food.

Eat on time, chewing food and eating slowly.

2. regular practice

Do at least 30 minutes of walking, yoga or any physical activity daily.

Obtaining a basic health examination once a year.

Do not ignore whether there are symptoms of any disease.
