Are you tired of starting workout routines that never work for you?

Me too.

I’ve done gym memberships (twice), yoga classes (interrupted by life), walking daily for 30-45 minutes, running 5-10km every weekend, and even intermittent fasting. You expected strength and flexibility to magically appear because I was active, right?

One day, while I was lifting a not-so-heavy chair, I felt a slight curvature in my lower back – I couldn’t move properly for a week.

Another time, as I bent down to quickly pick something up, something broke in my knee.

That’s when I started to notice: It wasn’t as much exercise as I needed…
