Be strong, stay positive, do not let life break your life. Have you heard these things a hundred times, right?
I am not here to give you another motivational speech.
I just want to ask you something simple:
What do you do when little stress shakes you like fighting at home or a bad day at work?
Can you actually deal with it only with its existence again and again? strong In your head?
Of course not. You can’t. Because mental strength is not a single line quote you see on Instagram.
It is something that you build slowly and step from the inside to the outside.

Your body is your engine. This may seem like clichés: Sleep well, eat healthy, and move your body.
But the clichies are present for some reason – they are working.
If you continue to skip sleep, eat unwanted, and sit throughout the day:
- Your system will feel.
- Your mind will slow down.
